OUR USE OF SUB-PROCESSORS

Liquit engages different types of service providers to help us create and deliver our Software and related SaaS services to our customers. If any of the service providers we use process or otherwise have access to Personal data that we are processing on behalf of our customers, then those service providers will be considered “sub-processors”. A sub-processor is a third-party entity that has or may have access to or may process Personal data. “Personal data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person and may include such person’s name, email address, or other contact details.

This page outlines the types of sub-processors that we work with and explains the services that they provide to us. You can contact our Data Protection team at privacy@liquit.com if you have any questions or would like more information about any of these sub-processors. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Liquit End User License Agreement (hereinafter “EULA”).

Liquit refers to third parties that do not have access to or process Personal data but who are otherwise used to provide the services as “sub-contractor” and not sub-processors.
